Dermaplaning

A smoother-looking surface through precise manual care. Dermaplaning removes surface dead skin cells and fine facial hair. We first check whether your skin is ready for this approach.

AT A GLANCE

What it means
for you.

01

The skin goal

A smoother-looking surface and more even application of skincare or makeup. Removing fine hair at the surface does not alter its growth.

02

The treatment

After cleansing, a suitable blade passes carefully over the skin’s surface. Appropriate skincare completes the treatment. Dermaplaning may form part of a suitable Combo Facial.

03

Afterwards

Mild redness or sensitivity may occur. Gentle skincare and sun protection matter. For inflammatory breakouts or irritated skin, we choose a different approach.

FAQ

Good to know.

What does dermaplaning remove?

A blade removes surface dead skin cells and fine facial hair. It works at the surface and does not replace an intensive scar treatment.

Will facial hair grow back thicker?

Cutting hair at the surface does not change its growth. The blunt tip may temporarily feel different as it grows back.

When might dermaplaning be unsuitable?

Active inflammatory breakouts, irritated skin or acute skin conditions may call for a different approach. We assess your skin first and discuss skincare and sun protection afterwards.

Where can I find options and prices?
